Oracle I Expense - All card programs are seen through any org

Hi Experts,

When i go to Internet Expenses Administration responsibility --> New Accounts --> Card Program Name, i can see the entire list of card programs irrespective of the org id. I need to have a filter on the basis of the org id. Kindly help. The profile options related to operating uniit and set of books have been set.Please treat this as very urgent.
