Demantra engine - Not responding

Hi All,

After the minor upgrade in ebs demantra engine is not responding any work arounds asap will be appreciated...

there is no log is generated engine is running for long time (instance is getting connected) profile is batch fyi...

same  is the case for analytical engine...
