Where can I create a czar rate table : Shipping Execution, Transportation Manager, WMS.

Hi,

Where can I best create czar rate tables?  I need to execute rate discounts per carrier/per lane for LTL shipments. I don't see where I can create these in Shipping Execution using standard functionality.  Thanksw
