Help with Error message when trying to assign responsibility

Please help!!  I am assigning a responsibility to a profile that was created in Oracle.  That profile is tied to an employee who started Aug 5th (yesterday).  I created the profile yesterday with no problems.  When I try and add a responsibility to this profile I get this error message:  "Oracle error -20002: 

[WF_NO_USER] NAME=NWILLIAMS3 ORIG_SYSTEM=NULL ORIG_SYSTEM_ID=NULL has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.INSERT_ASSIGNMENT.

The only document I could find that was somewhat relevant, pointed to the fact that it may be a future dated employee who I am trying to assign this responibility to.  But he infact started yesterday.
