Some Problems about report Manager R12.1

Hi.

I would like to know if somebody can help me with some problems about report manager.

I have 2 issues..

First, when I run the Financial Report Submission and choose the Generic Template Drill, the excel is openning with differents colours but doesn´t retrive any data !.

Second, When I want to upload the Excel from Financial Report Template Editor, I can´t do it, the process still running. It means  I cannot  upload a new template..

I have Excel 2007. I´ve just checked the setup options on excel and IE but the issues still happening.
