BI Publisher report is generating Output in XML data format

Hi,

I have created a report using, BI Publisher (Created RTF Template, Data Definition, Concurrent Program, etc.).  I believe I have followed all steps as suggested per user manual but it seems I am missing something. The output is generated in XML format. 

Question is, how can I get it generated in PDF format?
