Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Do we need VCP Installation or existing ASCP installation is good to apply VCP12.1.3.9

Hi,

We are planning to update the ASCP to the latest patch leve to try PS Demo with OPM.
Our EBS is in 12.1.2 OPM
Our OAP is currently in ASCP 12.1.2

1: Do I need to install VCP or ASCP itself is enough and apply the patch on top of it?
2: Do I need to have 11g in the planning instance
