unable to start db

I am unable to start the rac database and following error is received...
two node RAC on ODA
oracle version is 11.2.0.3
database is in external storage - nfs mount

> srvctl start database -d test
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.test.db
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.test.db start" encountered the following error:
ORA-00205: error in identifying control file, check alert log for more info
. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "/u01/app/11.2.0.3/grid/log/saodah92/agent/crsd/oraagent_oracle/oraagent_oracle.log".

CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.test.db' on 'saodah92' failed
CRS-2632: There are no more servers to try to place resource 'ora.test.db' on that would satisfy its placement policy
