EM12cR3 agent upgrade fails

When trying to upgrade the agent on the OMS host, the pushAgentImage step fails with the following error:

Pushing file /u00/oracle/product/middleware_r3/oms/sysman/agent/12.1.0.3.0_AgentCore_226.zip to the target /u90/EMStage/tmp_2013_08_06_12_42_28_128/AgentCoreImage_12.1.0.3.0_Linux x86-64.zip
java.lang.Exception:
