move databas from ASM to NFS

hi
we have several (12)  two node 11.2.0.3 databases running on ASM and due to space crunch, we want to move some of them to NFS from ASM..

What is the best way to move the databases from ASM to NFS ?

please provide the steps, it will be really helpful.
