Access to Unifier Table Names for Report Purposes - Cloud Customers

Does anyone know the name of the Line Item History table associated with payment requests?  I need it for a report.  Oracle should provide Cloud customers the ability to see the various tables that are not Business Processes.  I have seen a screen shot that shows the abilty exists.  It is called the ER Views, but it is not available to the customers.  I am told that in order to get the name of the table I must pay for consulting time so that they can determine which table it is.  That does not seem right to me that Oracle doesn't provide the table names for
