oem 12c agent install for rac databases

I am plan to install oem 12c agent(12.1.0.2) on two nodes rac database,the database and grid version is 11.2.0.3. I checked the installation documents and did not find under which user should i install the agent. Currently the two nodes rac databases setup by grid and oracle two os users. any insights or suggestions? the oms server has been setup and the agent will be the next installation.. Thanks!
