Oracle SQL query returns 5/1/2013 12:00:00 AM - BIP 11g Data Model returns 4/30/2013 11:59:59 PM

Good day. I have a query I am trying to get BI Publisher to return in a report. The query works as expected when I do it in TOAD for Oracle. But, as soon as I run the XML Sample data or view the report I get a minus one second difference. That makes my midnight dates roll back to the night before. Effectively changing the date from one day to the day before. This is highly undesirable. I checked the data in the database and it is, in fact, correctly set for midnight. But, BIP rolls it back to
