AD Merge Patch error: Multiple baselines found for the same trackable entity: ad

Apps 12.1.1

Issue with patch 8576725 .

There was a perf issue during upgrade.
patch 8576725 was suggested to be applied in pre install mode in another SR.

however we have other patches which are also to be applied in pre-install mode.

after all patches are applied in preinstall mode, it is essential that we merge them with the upgrade driver.
The problem appear during the merge.

when we are merging the preinstall drivers with the main patch merge driver prior to install, we face the following error.
