Outlook Integration triggered from CRM application

Hi,
We have a requirement, wherein we need to send meeting invites from CRM On Demand application and have that synchronize with Outlook. Currently, I believe we can do this from Outlook using OEI, which updates the user's calender in CRM.

We have a requirement to have the same feature but from CRM to Outlook. Please let me know how can we achieve this.
