11.2.0.3 CRS with 11.1.0.7 DB

Hi All,I have a setup with 11.2.0.3 cluster and 11.1.0.7 DB.
The nodes are pinned and pre-requisites are met but the srvctl is not able to start the instance.
I noticed that there is no racg folder at all in the DB home.
Isn't it mandatory to have a RACG folder with IMON logs in the 11.1.0.7 home?
