Processing Option Template issue

Hi All

We have had a strange occurrence in JDE E1 version 9.0 that I wondered if anyone else had seen or experienced before, before I log a call.  We had an end user in our Production system enable 'Simplifiied Chinese character' set on their desktop.  It appears that they have then run a UBE in JDE, possibly with this character set still enabled.

We then had User 2 - submit the job - and due to a problem with the Batch run contacted support to see what was wrong.  When we reviewed the Execution details (P986114A) the chinese character set is appearing in the Processing Option screen.  (see attachment).
