Can E810 tool rel 8.4 support media object?

Hi, all. My customer sent me the version screen shot and wonder if this version support web client media object ? If not possible, then why with XP IE6 also can't load the object media..ActiveX is already enabled.  P98MOQUE seem to be ok configured...any clues ?
