Agents Unable to get CPU/Mem utilization

We are currently using OEM 12.1.0.2 and all the agents are up and running fine. But none of my agents are able to show Memory and CPU utilisation though my Availability % shows 100 % for all the OEM Agents. we have tried Resync, secure/unsecure agent and couple of times re-installation as well , still we are facing this issue. Kindly help.
