Error in WSH forms

Hi,

We upgraded EBS from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3

Now we are doing some shipping transaction in EBS R12.1.3 inorder get some data for demantra. We are getting error while querying the data in Shipping transaction form.

The snapshot of the error is attached.

Followed the MOS note 1315451.1

But still when we compile, the following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

wsh forms/US WSHSTREF.fmx
wsh forms/US WSHQSSUI.fmx
wsh forms/US WSHFSTRX.fmx
