What is the different between the Custom WSDL and Generic WSDL? Which one should I use?

Hi,
I'm trying to implement a generic project for several customers to extract data from CRMOD into SQL Server.
But every Custom WSDL file from my customers has something different (the custom part).
When using Generic WSDL, I cannot find the custom part.
How can I get all data (including custom part) for every customer in a generic way?

Any suggestions?
