Cloning SSL enabled Oracle EBS 12.1.3 instance

Hi All
1. How can we clone SSL enabled Oracle EBS 12.1.3 instance?

2. Do we have to generate public, private key and SSL certificate for clone instance again? Or current certificate will work for new clone also?
