Schedule Orders program is not scheduling order lines with shipsets

 Schedule Orders program is not scheduling order lines with shipsets. It is progressing the workflow but the dates (Schedule Ship Date, Promise Date) are not updated in lines. In the same order if there is a line without a shipset, it is scheduling the line successfully with updating the dates. Any pointers?
