iSupport territories and enabling matching attributes
                    
Does anyone have experience enabling matching attributes (qualifiers) using territory management in 12.1.2?  I can enable them, but when I try to use them setting up a territory, they do not appear in the LOV.  I am assigning service requests from iSupport based on service request type, product, and problem code right now.  I want to use urgency.  I have run pgm replicate seed data just to be sure, but still no joy.  I have cleared the cache, bounced the web services, etc. but it has not solved the problem.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
