Unable to Post Units at Header Level - P510171, P510211 and P510212

I was having difficulty getting the units field to open so I could post units at the header level for a job.  I didn't know why the header account would not open, thus I could not use MOC H/L, S/I, Q and P.   After much testing, I learned that the JC01 and JC02 AAIs in Job Cost must be populated with a bogus account number to be able to open up the units field.  However, make certain that you DO NOT have JC03 thru JC10 set up in your AAIs without account numbers.  If you do, then the system continues to lock
