Draft Revenue split into Unbilled Receivable and Unearned Revenue

Please help me understand this situation.

Raw cost = $3,333.00

Total Burdened Cost = $3,999.60 after 20% burden rate

Project Revenue Accrual method is WORK.

Generate Draft Revenue = $3,999.60

Generate Revenue Accounting Events yields a split between UBR and UER in the amount of $3,342.80 UBReceivable and $656.80 UERevenue.

I have attached a screen shot of the revenue distribution window.
