ADI Error - Urgent Help Needed
Users could not able to run reports from ADI . When user request a report ,they get the following error message:
"An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener may not be running. Nodename: PROD"
We recently changed the IP Addresses of both Admin/CM server and web/forms server and did run the steps as per 751328.1 post ip changes
Since then, users could not able to run the ADI reports
Appreciate if anybody can help quickly as this is PROD issue
