CIP for Documentum - 11gR1Bp1 version

 Hi,
We are planning to install CIP for integrating documentum with webcenter sites 11gR1Bp1.
Does anyone have details on 11gR1 CIP agent & AgentServices for DCTM product download location.

We found a zip file V30812-01.zip [Oracle WebCenter Sites 11gR1 (11.1.1.6.0) Content Integration Platform for EMC Documentum]  in edelivery.oracle.com - this seems to be not a complete package for 11gR1Bp1 version. 
Is there a complete package of licensed version product - CIP Agent & Agentservices for Documentum? Please advice. 

Also do we need to apply patch-14192673 in addition?
