Moving a function from one responsibility to another

Hello,

I would like to move the funtion of 'Reserve Supply' from Oracle Order Management Manager to Oracle Warehouse.

This is the issue we are currently having in within our group

When an item is lost the warehouse has to backorder it.  By the time the email is given to the Genband inventory prime the auto reserve has often already reserved the inventory to a new sales order.  So, we have to get out of Oracle Warehouse and go into Order Management Manager to use the "Reserve Supply" function to break the reservation to the new order, and then jump back to the Oracle Warehouse hat.  If we could have the "Reserve Supply" Function in Oralce Warehouse it would be much more efficient.
