Applied this patch, and ran adgrants.sql as shown in patch readme, but an error occurs:

ERROR at line 18
ORA-06550:  line 261, column 41
PL/SQL:  ORA-00933:  SQL command not properly ended.
ORA-06550:  line 261, column 8
PL/SQL:  SQL statement ignored
