Unable to Upgrade to OEM 12.1.0.3

We first had OEM 12.1.0.1 installed on our machine, we upgraded to 12.1.0.2 , but when we tried to upgrade to 12.1.0.3 we are getting this message "ERROR:Unable to upgrade. You are trying to upgrade an additional OMS, and not the first OMS that is configured with the Administration Server.". I have Uninstalled the Oracle Home associated with 12.1.0.1 owing  to space constraints on my server, I have carefully unselected the attached OMS home and removed them as well. Help us other alternative to proceed with upgrade.
