Service Contract Integration with AR

This Query is related to service contract. I am not very much aware of the integration of service contract with AR.
Current we have a  OKS invoice type in AR for standard service contract lines. However, we are planning to create a separate transaction type in AR for special contracts.

That means, now we will have two different Contract type which will flow into AR. How can we achive this functionality .
