Where Can You Find Version 11.1.1.3 and 11.1.1.4 Versions

We are looking to upgrade via the following path: 9.3.1 to 11.1.1.13 to 11.1.1.4 to 11.1.2.3. Where can you find versions 11.1.1.3 and 11.1.1.4 binary files? These files are no longer on the E-Delivery cloud website.  I found a link and it looked like the correct path to the files but when you click on it you are taken to the 11.1.2.3 version. Has anyone found this issue?
