Forms not compiling after applying patch16005708

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2

Customer applied AP patch 16005708 many forms not compiling.

While applying patch, we got below error.
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ap forms/HU APXIIFIX.fmx
ap forms/HU APXPMTCH.fmx
ap forms/HU APXSUMDS.fmx
