8.1.1.9 - Multilingual Deployment: Workflow Process Manager taking non English Language for LOV sear

 Hi All,We are upgrading from 7.8.2.16 to Siebel SIA 8.1.1.9. The application is deployed in enu and sve languages.  We are experiencing an inconsistent behavior in the Workflow process Manager transactions. Sometimes Workflow starts looking for the Swedish value instead of English for a transaction. Interestingly without changing anything if we run the same transaction again, the transaction runs fine with Workflow looking for English value now. Please let me know in case any of you faced a similar issue and any pointers to resolve it.

NOTE: This issue is not happening with any of the Application Object Managers and if the workflow gets called from the application itself (e.g. thru script) then it works fine.
