How do I grant a 2nd person to see my tickets in MOS?

Hello,
at the moment I'm the only one in our company who uses MOS for case request and so on - we have a support for Solaris.
But for holidays etc. we at least need a 2nd person.

How do I add and give him the role to see my tickets?
I can't find this in MOS, also not in the FAQ.

The 2nd person has already registered with an Oracle account.
but what next?
