Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. how to update the INSTANCE_STATUS_ID on csi_item_instances

I have a external_reference at the csi_item_instances,and the instance_status_id id 10001(Permanently Disconnected).

Is there any way to update this status_id?
