Change all Application Users when cloning

Hi,

I recently read a presentation "Hidden Security Threats in Oracle E-Business Suite"

I'd like to implement the recommendation to change all application user passwords when cloning from production to test and development.

For a single user this can be achieved as follows:

How to Change Applications Passwords using Applications Schema Password Change Utility (FNDCPASS or AFPASSWD) (Doc ID 437260.1) 

e.g. FNDCPASS <apps/password> 0 Y <system/password> USER <username> <new_password> 

Does anyone know how to do this for all Application Users?
