Details on Provincial Tax Distribution Summary R773162 do not add to Total

We run Canadian Payroll in JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 9.0.  We recently started paying Quebec employees, and when we ran the Provincial Tax Distribution Summary (R773162) we noticed that the detail by tax type (CF, CG, CH, CJ and CK) did not add up to the total shown on the report.  This was true for all columns; for all except the current period the amount out of balance is the amount of the CJ tax. 

I logged the issue with Oracle and there is a Bug Fix available for 9.1.  We have access to a 9.1 test environment, and applied the fix and our issue is resolved.  However, a new enhancement request needed to be entered to get this fix for 9.0.
