T4-4 server connect with IBMV7000 error

 As the suject say ，I use SUN T4-4 server connect with IBM V7000 storage by using FC.
I complete installation of solaris 10 and use commond ‘format’.Than it comes error message：

I tried to used ‘format‘ and ’label’ to label disk but failed

Pls I need hlep！！
