When cancelling PO with line type "Fixed Price Services"

 Hi, 

We currently have services procurement enabled and face the following scenario when trying to cancel a PO with the line type "Fixed Price Service". 

When cancelling the PO through the control window the "cancel requisition" checkbox is ticked & the user is unable to uncheck it. Meaning requisition will be cancelled if PO is cancelled.  

In purchasing options setup the cancel requisition set to "Optionally" in the control section.

Was unable to find anything in the user guide and was hoping someone had come across this functionality.

Is there anyway to have this checkbox as optional for this line type as well?
