Issue when changing my subscriptions in my profile

When I click on any community, community group, or arrow to expand/collapse a community group in my profile, the entire page scrolls to the end.  I have to navigate by click, scroll back, click, scroll back.  Is this just user error, or does it happen to someone else as well?
