 Starting a new thread for tracking followup questions in the earlier thread started by Vivek,as we are unable to add comments in it due to some issue.

 In case of Work Completion can you please guide me as per belwo scenario.

Ideally Technician/Planner who completed the work completes the work as per the SoD. But in case of getting appproval from the user who requested for work - is there any way to generate a workflow mail to end user? Becasue ideally the requestor has to authenticate the work completion saying - the work is completed.COrrect me if I am wrong.
