Web ADI GL Journals Crashing Excel 2010

 We seem to have a growing problem whereby Web ADI is crashing Excel 2010 (32 bit)  using the GL Journals template when a user double clicks on reversal date or and Oracle command is launched (using the Add-Ins > Oracle toolbar command to look up values or upload the journal).  Seems it fails at the point of trying to launch the login window to connect to Oracle.  Excel crashes with "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close." error.  We rebuilt the template from scratch and that doesn't seem to help.   And the problem for some people
