Getting error while uploading the data "Navigation to page was canceled"

Hi Team,
I launched 'General Ledger -Jornals' integrator from the application and save the excel sheet (template) in my local system with the extension micro enable worksheet.
Again when i am clicking on this template it should ask the login credential but it is showing error like 'Navigation to page was canceled'.

I am getting this issue in R12.1.3 and not getting anything in log file also.
Can you please help me to find out the issue.
