raccheck OS Check Failure -- ACFS Volumes

FAIL OS Check One or more ACFS volumes from Clusterware registry or ACFS registry do not exist on system All Database Servers View

ACFS cluster resources that are defined for removed/missing ADVM volumes is known to cause failures during upgrade operations

 Device in Registory or OCR = /dev/asm/acfsvolume1-470 ACFS VOlume =

I do see /dev/asm/acfsvolume1-470 on each node.   What exactly is raccheck complaining about?
