java 7 on EBS 12.1.3 - need patchset info/assistance

Hi All,
I am following document: Upgrading OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 437878.1) to upgrade our EBS environment from Java 6 to Java 7.
I have made a list of the patches required on apps server following this document , however, i would like to know if i am missing some information?
I will attach my patch list here.

Also, i believe the system is behind on server patches, could you please assist with the patches required to get that upto date before java 7 patches are applied?
