iRecruitment - Hire Applicant - Which fields of data are transferred from applicant side to employee
We are implementing iRecruitment. I used to work with PeopleSoft Recruit and through setup we could determine which fields to pass from the applicant side to the employee side at the time of hire. For example, we might trust applicants to enter their correct home address and phone numbers on their profile/application so fine to transfer that info to their employee record but we do not want to transfer certifications because we do primary source verification and want to key the data ourselves. Is there a way we can control what info is fed from the applicant side to the employee
