Unable to delete old OMS and Repository from EM Cloud Control

I used the 2-system upgrade approach to upgrade our Enterprice Manager install from 11.1 to 12.1.0.2. Now, the old OMS and Repository still shows up as a target, and I cannot delete it. I right-click on the target name, but the Remove Target option is not even available like it is for other targets. Has anyone else encountered this situation and found a way to resolve it?
