How to centralize foundation in a setup having different versions?

Hi,

We have 3 discrete Hyperion env set-up (in 3 different versions)and each has its own set of applications as mentioned below and has Shared Services specific to each of them. 

We wanted to know, can we have centralized Shared services for all these 3 set-ups (in different versions) ? If yes, which version of Shared Services is preferable for use (11.1.2.2 / 11.1.2.1) ?
